Everything we do revolves around relationships because Love INC isn’t just about meeting needs, it’s about meeting people where they are and helping them achieve their God-given potential.
The Love INC Connection Center takes many requests for help each year. These calls are answered by caring volunteers who listen to understand people’s situations and direct them to the most appropriate source of help. This might mean a referral to a local agency, resources provided by local churches, or services provided by volunteers through the Connection Center.
REQUEST: You will fill out the Request Assistance form or call the Connection Center Hotline with your request for assistance and resources.
ASSESS and VERIFY: A Connection Center volunteer calls you to begin the Intake Process: listening to your need, calling your references, praying with you, etc.
REFER and RESOURCE: Your need may be served through a Love INC ministry, one of our church partners, or referred to a local agency.
RELATIONSHIP and FOLLOW UP: We connect with you through follow-up calls as we offer encouragement and support as you navigate life's challenges.
